Preliminary Task: Script Deviations

While filming our preliminary task, we eventually found that we deviated from the script slightly. This was due to the setting we had available to us and a lack of action within the piece. P2 no longer turns a side light on because within the setting we had, we had a spotlight that we were able to place onto the small space where the action would be held.



Silence.
P2 is sat in room, impatiently looking at watch.
P1 walks down corridor and into room, pulls out chair and sits opposite P2. (close up of hand) (over the shoulder shots)
P2 passes P1 a newspaper across the table.
P1 gets angry and throws the paper to the ground.
P2 then initiates an arm wrestle.
P1 obliges to the initiation and so an arm wrestle commences.
P1 wins.
P1 gets up and tosses chair across the room.
P2 stays seated.
P1 exits.
Silence.
